Droichead Arts Centre on the Boyneside in Drogheda, County Louth, is the north east’s premiere centre for the arts.
With a high-energy annual programme packed with events to delight audiences, Droichead features theatre – both touring professional and local amateur drama groups; film – a season of world films and a Silver Screen season; dance – from Irish trad to ballet, jazz dance, contemporary, hip hop and other genres; music – ranging from Irish trad, world music, live jazz, contemporary, classical, folk, rock, and varients; children’s events; classes & courses; visual art installations and exhibitions.
All ages can explore the world of culture in a contemporary high-street setting where customer satisfaction, service and comfort is our goal.
